For the ingredients you need a one fourth cup of sugar, half a cup of evaporated milk, one package of chocolate milk chips, and half teaspoon of instant granule coffee, one fourth cup of raspberry seedless preserves and a three fourth cup of chopped almonds which are toasted.
Now, all you need to do is to get a large saucepan. You should carefully combined the sugar and milk and bring them to boil over a medium heat. After boiling stir it for three minutes. Now remove then saucepan from the heat and stir the chocolate chips in, coffee and raspberry preserves and wait until the moisture gets smooth. Now refrigerate it for an hour. After an hour you can take them out of the fridge then roll an inch into a ball and roll it in with almonds. The rolled truffles should be lined in a paper baking sheets, then refrigerate them again until it is ready to serve.
one and one third cup of chocolate morsels, two tablespoon of heavy cream, one teaspoon of butter, two teaspoon of raspberry seedless jam, six ounce of white baking bars, two tablespoon of shortening, and sugar. Now, using a saucepan, mix the chocolate morsels, butter and the heavy cream. Cook them in a very low heat and stir them continuously until it smoothens. Now mix in the raspberry jam and cover it with a plastic wrap and let it freeze for twenty minutes. Now, mix the mixture into a lined foiled cookie sheet and let it freeze again for fifteen minutes. After fifteen minutes you can roll it into a ball and freeze it until it gets firm. Now after the truffles have frozen, you can drop them one at a time into the melted coating that you did earlier.
